When something unexpected happens, contact your nearest Navacord office to report the loss and get the support you need.

Your broker will record the details of the loss, explain what to expect and discuss how the claim could affect your coverage or premiums. Once we have the necessary information, we’ll connect you with your insurer’s claims team to move your claim forward.

If a non-urgent claim occurs after hours, on a weekend or during an Alberta statutory holiday, you can usually report it the next business day.

Alberta auto collision involving injuries

If anyone is injured, call 911 and seek medical care right away. Contact police as well if a person is hurt, a vehicle cannot be driven safely, you feel at risk or you suspect a hit-and-run, impaired driving or a staged collision.

When it is safe to do so, record how the collision happened and photograph the vehicles, damage and surrounding scene. The following information can also help with your Alberta collision report and insurance claim:
